•  If your child needs a sports form filled out for the 2011/2012 school year, please schedule an exam soon!

•  "Kindergarten shots" are now being given at the 4-year checkup as many preschools are now requiring them.

•  One dose of meningococcal vaccine and one dose of Tdap are required for all children 11-18 years of age who are changing school districts or who are enrolled in 6th grade.

•  Your child may be eligible for free vaccines IF your insurance does not cover vaccinations. To be eligible, you must check with your insurance company prior to your visit.

•  Flu vaccine is here! The nasal mist flu vaccine is here and can be given immediately to protect your child for the 2011/2012 flu season. Any child, 2 years of age or older, without any chronic health problems, can receive the vaccine. Please call the office to make an appointment. The flu shot, which can be given at 6 months or above, is also available and can be given now. Please call now for your shot appointment and avoid the rush later in the season!
